these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use this app.

2. AUTHORIZED USE ONLY

This application is intended exclusively for engineers and employees

authorized by Madhav Power Project. Sharing your login credentials or

allowing unauthorized access is strictly prohibited.

3. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

As an authorized user, you agree to:

- Use the app only for legitimate work-related activities

- Provide accurate and truthful information when updating job status,

completing forms, or uploading images

- Not tamper with, falsify, or misrepresent any service records or

commissioning report data

- Keep your login credentials confidential and secure

4. OTP VERIFICATION

OTP-based verification is used to confirm work completion. By submitting

an OTP, you confirm that the reported work has been genuinely completed

at the service location. Misuse of OTP verification may result in

disciplinary action.

5. DATA ACCURACY

You are responsible for the accuracy of all data entered into the app,

including service status updates, commissioning report details, and

uploaded images. Inaccurate reporting may have consequences under your

employment terms.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, design, and functionality of this application are the

exclusive property of Madhav Power Project. You may not copy, modify,

distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of this application.

7. TERMINATION OF ACCESS

Madhav Power Project reserves the right to revoke access to this

application at any time, without notice, if terms are violated or

employment is terminated.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Madhav Power Project shall not be held liable for any loss of data,

service interruptions, or damages arising from the use or inability

to use this application.

9. CHANGES TO TERMS

These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the app

after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be

subject to the jurisdiction of courts in the relevant state.
